This is how we proceed: After analysing the tenant mix, we develop a letting strategy that takes into account the regional/local characteristics and demand patterns as well as the commercially valuable and balanced occupancy of floorspace. We then enter into letting negotiations with prospective tenants whilst making use of our personal contacts to local, national and international retail chains. The conclusion of tenancy agreements that assure our client optimum conditions is the crowning achievement of the negotiations and at the same time lays the cornerstone that ultimately enables all parties involved to share in the success.
